Code a Trading Indicator

I'm looking for someone to code a trading indicator in Pine Script for use on TradingView.
The indicator needs to set entry, SL, and TP levels - but not enter automatically.
It needs to identify the order of two EMA's (ie. which one is above the other) - used to determine direction of trade
It needs to determine the order of recent fractals - used to set entry and TP levels
It needs to calculate spread and price that into the order - which will have an effect on the SL.
