Cloud based Risk Management database
Budget: £10,000 – £20,000 GBP
I am looking to have a risk management piece of software built with an online capability, with a PowerBI dashboard as a front end.
I am looking to have the following modules designed.
A Scoping module which takes key financial information and allocates this to a specific area of the business
A module which will document Risks
A module which will document the Processes
A module which will track whether or not a specific task has been performed.
The front end, will consist of the following:
Tracking individual exceptions
Fault identification using decomposition trees
Generate Process Documentation / Flow chart automatically.
In total the project will consist of the following.
a) Agreement of the tables fields of the system
b) Documentation of the logic of the system
c) The online database
d) The wiriting of approximately 10 workflows
d) Definition and agreement of the PowerBI front end and reports.
