Cloud Installion and configuration of an opensource project

Hi this is a multiple long term project.
For this first step :
we want to be installed and configured on google cloud selfie2Anim project. (public project : https://selfie2anime.com/)

All should be configurated to generate FullHD and 4k image resolutions.
