Cloud Architecture Design for Healthcare Claims

I'm in need of a cloud architecture for a healthcare claims processing system. The design should be on AWS and Azure with a detailed architectural diagram and an explanation on how the system works. Note that this project only requires the design and documentation, not actual integration or setup.

Please note that this architecture needs to be modelled as per your expertise in creating architecture designs; I am in no means an expert so I need your help. Here is the description of the system I am trying to create:

ClaimSense is an AI-powered healthcare claims processing solution designed to optimize and automate the adjudication of healthcare claims. The system will enhance fraud detection, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and provide real-time decision support for claims specialists. The architecture must integrate both Azure and AWS cloud services, leveraging their capabilities for seamless data processing, storage, and AI-driven insights.

This system must be general, but I imagine it could integrate with the following: Facets (Claims management software by Cognizant). Other inputs can be EHR data as well as CMS policies. The vision is a Gen AI powered assistant which helps claims specialists adjudicate and make decisions on complex claims (claims which are so complex that they cannot be automated). Gen-AI is the key focus here.

I have also attached some architectures of other systems which my company has proposed, so that you can understand our capabilities and model from that. It needs to be PRACTICAL.


The ideal freelancer for this job should have:
- Extensive experience with AWS and Azure
- Previous work in designing cloud architectures
- A strong understanding of healthcare claims processing systems
