Claude-Powered HR Automation Suite
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m building a business-grade application with Claude code at its core to streamline staff engagement and attendance management. The goal is to replace our current manual spreadsheets with a single, browser-based dashboard that captures time-in / time-out data, monitors leave balances, and nudges employees with real-time feedback on performance and task progress.
Core modules I need developed:
• Automated attendance tracking that pulls from badge scans or a simple web punch-in, flags anomalies, and exports CSV or JSON reports.
• Employee performance feedback loops where supervisors can score tasks, add comments, and trigger automated recognition messages through Slack or email.
• Leave and absence management featuring self-service requests, manager approvals, and an always-up-to-date leave calendar.
• Planning & execution boards for projects, linking milestones to individual task cards, along with status, deadlines, and workload heat-maps.
• Task management with reminders, priority tagging, and roll-up metrics that feed into the performance module.
I’d like the backend logic generated with Claude, ideally orchestrated in Python or Node, exposed via RESTful APIs. A lightweight Vue or React front-end is fine as long as it’s responsive and can later plug into mobile.
Acceptance is simple: once I can run a local build, create a test employee, record attendance, assign a task, approve leave, and export a consolidated weekly report, the milestone is complete.
