We aim to refine our communication methods. This will include combining the new live chat support on the website option with an AI chatbot. I checked many widgets and I prefer to use botpress.com. Therefore, I am looking for someone to work together with me on this project.
Payment!
I just want to pay on an hourly basis, so I need to know how many hours are required for the project and a price for that. But after the project is done, I need to always have the chance to continue working on bettering the user experience with the AI bot on an hourly basis, so I need to know the hourly rate for that. I don't want to work just with middlemen! I need to talk to people who are directly responsible for the creation of the bot.

If someone doesn't send me reference links to AI Bots they have done so far, I can't consider the application. If you haven't checked on the project description, I can't consider your application either!
The Things the AI Bot needs to get done!
The chatbot needs to be aware of the availability of the individuals on the profiles, their offerings, and pricing. It should also be capable of scheduling appointments between the user and the individual at the profile. While some profiles will be supported by human agents, others will be entirely chatbot-based. Once a booking is confirmed, all necessary details should be sent to our agency and directly to the individual on the profile. Then the individual at the page needs to accept the booking, and then the user and the agency will be informed that the booking will take place. If the booked individual makes changes to the booking or declines it, the user should be promptly notified by the chatbot and offered alternative options.
The Data for the Q and A and About the Individuals for the AI Bot!
All the data of the individuals at the page are either published on the website or we need to set up a CMS like HobSpot or Salescloud to provide this information to the bot. The same is true for the user; they are only allowed to book a girl if they aren't blacklisted. Blacklisted people we know their mobile number because now everyone books via WhatsApp. So it is super important to verify every user's mobile phone number before the booking will take place. Also, there is a lot of content on the website and we have a lot of Q and A texts written so far, and we can provide them and write new ones and create more all the time, so it is important that we will be informed if there is a need for new topics we should publish. Also, it would be superb if the system would allow it to create new articles by the agents of the agency, and then the articles will be automatically sent to the knowledge base of the bot. Due to the fact that the availability of the individuals on the profiles changes all the time, the bot needs to be up-to-date about that in seconds. But every part of the knowledge base, of course, needs to be updated all the time
