Charging station managment software ocpp-ocpi

We are looking for a developer who is already familiar with OCPP 1.6/2.0.1, ISO 15118 , OCPI and can provide portfolio examples of their implementations. Please be sure to include this information for a successful bid.
Our company is bringing an OCPP based Charger to market and are need of a developer to lead the creation of a Charge Station Management system necessary to enable our clients to access information about their EV Charger Fleet as well as providing the link between payment processing and charger activity authorization. The final implementation is a web based front end that enables agents, owners and customer information access.
All IPRs (including ownership of source code, documentation etc.) created during the project will be transferred to the customer.
A more detailed scope of work will be shared after initial candidates are narrowed.
