Cartoon Avatar Server via API

I need a project done that is API based. It should use stable diffusion or something similar where people will upload their photos, choose the avatar style they want and get their avatars. A similar project as an example can be avatarai.me. Also a service where it is possible to remove photo backgrounds.
On the server side the parameters should be easily adjustable for each model.
A queue system to keep the cpu always responsive
Project should be easily deployed in cloud services
