Description
We are an early-stage fintech infrastructure startup building a developer-first payments product with global scope.
The project is pre-launch, already architected, and positioned to raise institutional funding once the technical foundation and MVP are finalized.
We are looking for a CTO Co-Founder to take full ownership of the technical vision and execution and help build a company designed for scale, defensibility, and fundraising.
What You’ll Do
Own the technical architecture and roadmap
Build and harden a core fintech API / platform
Make key decisions around scalability, security, and reliability
Collaborate closely with the founder on product and investor readiness
Lead future engineering hires post-funding
Ideal Profile
Strong backend / systems engineering background
Experience building APIs, platforms, or infrastructure products
Familiarity with fintech, payments, or financial systems (strong plus)
Comfortable operating in early-stage, ambiguous environments
Founder mindset — you want equity and impact, not just tasks
Previous startup or founding experience is a plus, but not required.
