TO CODE / DESIGN A BETFAIR AUTOMATED API

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for someone experienced in building a betting API to produce a relatively uncomplicated (compared to others)
Windows desktop Betfair API automated betting software (& if I'm happy with your work possibly a Betdaq one after this one).
There will only be a few parameters that users will need / be able to set / alter.
One will be the starting stake they wish to choose - £1, £2 , £3 , £5 or £10.
There will be between 1 & 3 named "strategies" / "money-makers" showing on the "front" / main view with individual on / off "switches"
placing back bets only, with constant predetermined markets & race types, rules & conditions, odds required for selections,
staking plan etc set in the background (locked) to trigger if conditions are met.
There will be no transparency for users on how these rules and conditions are set.
It will be "set & forget" for users - basically just switch strategy / money-maker switch to on and leave to run.
History of bets placed, with amounts and odds taken will need to be accessible for users to monitor.
I would then sell licences (once approved) for this to a limited number of users.
I'd like to decide colours & how it looks roughly but in general am open to your input / suggestions throughout naturally.

if possible with quote of course.
As mentioned earlier, there could be repeat similar work in future.
