Bybit API trading system script based on Incomming Webhooks

This project is to create a wehbooks listener service that will log incoming webhook messages from TradingView and launch a script to handle opening and closing positions the Bybit Exchange via Bybit API. It will also preform some basic trading concepts such as adjusting stop-loss. It will not log P/L or monitor live prices.
