We need to develop UI or App for Buisness Central CRM.
Out of the box, business central CRM is not usable due its not efficient and managing data is not intuitive resulting sales staff to rather avoid using it.
Our goal is to develop something what will be similar to Odoo CRM - Kanban view, sales stages, simple task management (and integration with outlook). Similar visual can be seen on Teams Planner app also....
