Built Software for Drawing Robot

Hi, Were looking for someone to build a software for a drawing robot. We currently have the basic software that comes with the machine but we need a custom software that has many more features. We want the software to be able to be licensed and cannot run without a License. Were also looking for long term relationship for future changes for this software and design other software for us as well.
Please familiarize yourself with the software and have an understanding of how it works.
