Building AI Software for recruiters

I am looking to partner with someone who can build AI software in the recruitment/sales space (happy to walk you through the process if needed). The software that you would typically build would aim to cut down admin time based on a specific companies needs, avoiding other generic AI tools. I would pre-prepare you on a call with every detail around the client, alongside a detailed brief for the end product.
You’ll guide the entire build: selecting or training the right models, designing, integrating them into a clean front-end (web or desktop, whichever you recommend), and setting up a deployment pipeline so updates are painless. I’m open to popular frameworks such as Python + FastAPI, Node.js, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or any stack you’re confident in, as long as scalability and maintainability stay front and centre.
