Build me a wep app

Hi, I'm looking to expand our website to include 2 daily pages of specific data. It will also include a further page of data, so user can search via the web app to check results from web app database.

The way we currently do things requires manual effort each day. We require automatic upload perhaps by Cronjob so data is uploaded or automatically refreshed once a day.

We have specific requirements that are essential and a further desireable requirement.
