Build us a trading platform

we are looking for a freelancer to build the first prototype, which should be a responsive web-app.
Functionalities will include:
- User Log-in and management, e.g., user data, name, pw, email, credit card data etc.
- Verification by digital signature: 3rd party integration to verify the customer details
- Integration to payment provider: specific provider not chosen, but should be able to transfer/withdraw money
- Integration to a 3rd party data provider - which will create live events in our system
- Dynamic Trading engine like a stock market. Depending on the number of users buying/selling, the price of our asset will go up/down. No need for high frequency in the prototype
- 4-5 static pages on rules, terms, FAQ etc.

In terms of Architecture, we would require a Micro Services setup. Regarding selected stack, we are flexible.

Depending on your profile, this could include the front-end part or solely be backend.
