Build me a software

I want a software which do order from flipkart and amazon according to my instructions i will upload my accounts detail email and password and the work of software is to do the same product order from different accounts one by one or at the same time but the user must be different for purchase the same product from different account ip address and mac must change by the software when the order means there is no chance of cancellation in the order the address of product will be uploaded by me
