Build a simple website with a spreadsheet

The scope is to build a platform to calculate car loan amount, fuel, and depreciation with its repayment schedule.

User will select a car from the database. The database need to dynamically filtered. Based on users’ selection
The User can select unto 4 cars.
A simple UI will be required.
Based on car info, the system will calculate loan repayment schedule, fuel, and depreciation using the db
The scope also include an admin panel to manage db.
Backend would be build using Python/Javascript / Mysql
