Build me proof of concept music production software

As the title suggests, I am interested in contracting a coder to build a proof of concept piece of software. This will be functionally similar to an audio plugin for ableton live and the grand vision is to feature integration with Ableton Live, and possibly other DAWs, and Spotify. As such, experience with audio plugins, and knowledge of music production, Ableton Live and Spotify is essential.
