Build a custom ERP for manufacturing company

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me build a custom ERP system for my manufacturing company. This ERP needs to be integrated with our existing systems and software for a seamless transition, and will primarily be used to help manage our inventory and production planning. Approximately 1-10 users will be accessing the system, so it must be efficient and easy to use. To ensure the highest level of satisfaction, the freelancer must stay in constant communication as needed and open to frequent feedback.
