Build an artificial intelligence personal assistant

I am looking for an experienced programmer to create an artificial intelligence personal assistant to help me with my daily tasks. The assistant should be capable of performing intermediary tasks to manage and organize my email, which I spend a lot of time on. I do not have a preferred programming language for this project, but I would prefer the assistant to be robust and dependable.
