Build me an application

My name is Stanley Francis, i am a Basket-baller in the northern part of Nigeria. i would love to build and online application that would serve as a zone for young and upcoming Basket-ballers here in Nigeria. This application will also be made available to coaches (Nigerian based) that wish to use the plat-from to both recruit and train this young players as the case may be. In this app the young Ballers and coaches get to create their own profiles which consists of their date of birth, state they base in, play role, educational level and their contacts. In this app also, every profile will have a space to post and share their clips and thoughts of the game of basket-ball. Finally there will be a messaging means provided for each profile in a case where someone needs to chat or commend someone. A platform for registering new camps, clinics and competitions will also be provided for the admin and the coaches alone.
