Develop 6 n8n workflows (dummy-data versions) that revolutionize CRE operations:

Instant Deal Analyzer – Auto-calculate ROI, CAP rates, etc..
Tour Scheduler Pro – Sync tours across broker/owner calendars.
Client Nurture Bot – Automated check-ins + updates via email/SMS.
