Build a Saas application

We are looking for an experienced developer to build a SaaS application to optimize the product packaging stage of supply chain management. The application will use the bin packing optimization algorithm to suggest 3D models to optimise the distribution of items in a box and reduce free space. The suggested packaging distribution will also take into account custom packaging rules such as shoes cannot be placed on top of a silk shirt incase of damage. These custom packaging rules will be discussed in detail later on

Ideally we are looking for someone who has built something similar before, someone who has experience in optimisation algorithms and someone who has built a website / application that displays 3D models.
