Build SaaS site for law firm CRM and CMS
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I want an online platform that would be similar to Monday.com, Salesforce, and other project management system that includes both CRM and CMS capabilities.
Ideally, it is going to have one to three dashboards (scorecards) that summarize the data within the software/website.
Requirements:
• Be able to track 1) number of incoming leads, 2) number of those leads that schedule and appoint and when, 3) number of those leads that show up to the appointment, 4) number of those leads that engage that showed up, 5) potential value of the case (essentially tracking cashflow or potential cashflow, 6) referral sources, 7) case type; Filter reasons for not engaging
• Have the capability to generate/automate drip email campaigns
• The ability to send documents for e-signature (could be with an external integration with adobe, hellosign, etc.)
• The ability to automate documents via templates (input word document with custom fields that come from the individual client's matter dashboard or form they filled out and those custom fields get input into the system)
• Maybe customer portal (not a big deal)
• Integration with Outlook
• Integration with Dropbox
• Internal calendar or integration with outlook calendar
• Integration with Calendly
• Time tracking per matter with ability to have different billing amounts for different users
o Generate invoices
Have trust (bank) accounting for each individual client's matter dashboard
o Trigger workflow tasks
Integrate with Quick Books online
Integrate with Gusto
o Ability to schedule deadlines and send reminders
o Ability to assign individuals to matters (not just the assigned attorney, but anyone that is on the case)
o Trust accounting
o Integrations with Ringcentral and other VOIP providers
o Firm feed (dashboard/scorecard) to show individuals billable hours and total billed hours with ability to filter dates and an indicator whether those individuals are above or below their goal hours
o Ability to trigger automated texts (might be able to get done with integration to ringcentral)
Possible solutions I haven’t looked into:
• Lawmatics
• Salesforce
• Keap
• lawhustle
I am sure there are more features that i would like, but this should be a majority of them.
