Build a SAAS application

I'm looking for a freelance developer to help build a web application. Approximately 350 hours of effort
Role: Full Stack Developer
Skills required: C#, .Net Core, Web API, Razor or Angular and any Database
Experience: 1-4 yrs
• Must have experience of at least 1+ year in .Net core Razor/Angular and WebAPI
• In depth knowledge of C#, .net core, razor/angular, MVC, Web API, entity framework, LINQ, Web Api and AWS
• Knowledge on Angular would be preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET Core, Web API development.
• Strong understanding of best practices in the design of WEB API's (REST)
• In depth knowledge Understanding of HTTP protocol (method/response codes)
• Understanding of JSON or XML
• Solid understanding of databases like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL or Postgresql
