Build Reporting Tool For Ecommerce Company

Hi,
we are looking to build a reporting tool for our E commerce business to allow us to get insights about our business and to enable us to have a central location for our data.
We are looking to gather the data through API libraries and to interact with the data with a user friendly interface.
We are open to using any of the "off the shelve" tools for reporting like Microsoft Power BI for embedded charts but we are definitely NOT interested on basing our interface solely on Microsoft Power BI or any other tool.
