Build JSON API gateway

The project will be to build an JSON API gateway to pull data from a relational mySql database for event results/information and fighter information. Key things will be CRUD for access control, ability to measure overuse, following standards for the format of the data, and proper logging of data requests, and integration of a issue reporting system like Sentry.

Project will also include building a proper front-end documentation site.
