Build me a Inventory Management Tool - Need developers from Asia

Inventory management tool should have two parts. A Mother allocation bot and an inventory routing cum visualisation cum management bot. In the mother bot, inventory can be loaded as a flat file and it can be loaded to the user base of 150 resources. The user base should be configurable, that should be configurable into a user hierarchy of associates, team leads and managers, to see the inventory is allocated properly and is aligned as per the skills of the associates. The inventory will be 30,000 in size will daily allocation using the skill matrix whose priority can be changed from time to time. The skill matrix should comprise of aging of the transaction, dollar value and complexity of the transaction, basis the queues where the transaction is posted.

Both the skill matrix and the user base should be configurable with real-time dashboard to visualize Productivity, AHT, CPH, Pends, Routed, Allocated, and Raw inventory and with dynamic pivots and graphs to showcase various cuts of the live process.
