Build a Botpress CSR knowledge base bot
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a developer to build a Botpress CSR chatbot utilizing a clients knowledge base data.
The chatbot should be able to:
- Answer customer inquiries based on a client’s own knowledge base data.
- Have an option to connect to ChatGPT if an answer to an inquiry cannot be found in the knowledge base.
- Have the option to allow the customer to send an inquiry to customer service for all questions the bot can’t answer. The bot should collect the customers contact info for customer service to provide assistance.
- Have an option to make a purchase. This can simply be a redirect to the clients eCommerce setup. Purchase does not have to be completed within the bot.
- Bot should have the ability to integrate with a clients website and Facebook messenger
Service should include training on the chatbot's logic, design, functionality, maintenance, and requirements for updating the bot's knowledge and responses.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with Botpress platform
- Proficiency in building bots that respond to both voice and text commands
- Ability to handle both simple queries and responses as well as complex multi-turn conversations
- Familiarity with integrating knowledge base systems into bots
The ideal candidate should be able to create a bot that can handle both simple and complex interactions, respond to voice and text commands, and provide accurate and relevant information from the knowledge base. Candidate should be skilled in Botpress and additional software that may be required such as Stack AI. Freelancer must have professional experience building Botpress bots for clients. Please provide a portfolio of your professional Botpress work.
