Booking Software Cloud Based

My project is in need of a cloud-based booking software with a user interface that works with both command line and graphical user interface (GUI). I am looking for specific features and the authentication mode should be username and password. The user actions should be identified and tracked in order to provide the utmost security. The software should be able to provide booking details to the users, with payment data clearly displayed. Additionally, it should make the booking process efficient, allowing users to make changes quickly. The user should have the ability to resume bookings from where they last left off. The software must be easy to use, module-driven and integrate with existing systems as necessary. Furthermore, the software should be reliable for both the user and admin. Finally, It must contain multiple levels of user access rights and be accompanied by thorough documentation.

Brief:

Booking system should be a cloud-based Passenger Service System (PSS) for managing and operating routes for transportation services such as scheduled or charter or irregular flight operations. System should provide with a one-stop solution for all the needs for reservations (scheduled or charters), Operations, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Agents management system (B2B), a full E-commerce website with a full Content Management System (CMS), IBE, Business Intelligence system, Check-in and Gate control, Classes and Fares management, Loyalty Program and more. Booking system should allow to add functionality as operations grow in size and complexity. This document represents SeaFlite requirement with a detailed feature list.
