I want to develop a blockchain Digital KYC API that can be called from IOS/Android and the WEB
Application must be able to digitally verify ID (camera real-time photo against ID, Passport, drivers license)
And also using POW to sign contracts digitally, this aspect has to be linked to the KYC to validate the person signing
Both processes must run independent if necessary. But we can use the KYC data stored as a feeder into the document signing API. SO we only do KYC once.
Documents may be signed more than once for some users. Or on request from the institution
APIs must be SECURE
REQUIRE ALL DEVELOPED CODE.
