Bitcoin simple wallet

Hy freelancers,

I need to develop a simple project based on the blockchain and BTC, that must do the following:

- send from one wallet to another the amount of btc that is set up in the interface (the amount must be from 0.1 btc to 50 btc per each transaction)
- the software must be independent of the os used and can send to any wallet regardless the os used or the type of the wallet (app, desktop or mobile)
- must let me input the receiver and sender wallet address
- the btc must be moveable all over the blockchain, come with confirmations at least 3 and stay in the blockchain for a determined number of days that I can input
- the software must be able to pay all the necessaries fees that blockchain requires for sending btc
- the number of transactions that can be send in one day must be unlimited
- the software must be protected by a key that can be generated based on days of valability and number of generated btc
- each transaction can be sent to no more than 6 wallets from one to the other
- the software must provide with capability to show transaction history
- the software must be able to cancel a transaction and also have a confirm button before sending
- the user interface must be minimalist
- hard-core testing is a must and it will be made before final deliver or final stage

The software is for educational purposes so all the offers must be only for this platform. I will not talk with anyone that is proposing me to talk outside. I will only pay here in the freelancer.com platform.
