Big-data platform

we are looking for a company or group of developers capable of developing our big data platform. The platform will be both a visual design environment, a marketplace with integration with a protocol on blockchain technology, and an execution environment. In addition to traditional fronted and backend skills you will need spark / scala knowledge as the backend uses this processing framework
