Barcode counting program

I need a program for Windows (might be in Access or Excel as well) for counting barcodes. I stack wooden desks on a pallet (up to 20 pcs) and for each product I have different barcode (different type of wood, dimensions, etc.). I don't want to count by myself, so I scan every barcode and they need to be counted for each product and each pallet separately. At the end there is usually about 20 pallets and I would like to have all counted together but for each product separateley. I have all products placed in Access database and there will be new products as well. Program must be connected to this database when I insert a new product.
Simmilar program is "Barcode counter" for Android but I need summary of all pallets too.
