Back Office Database Development and web site
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
* This project is for only one freelancer and not a partnership or team.
* This project requires a Back Office. A data base for members = Date join, expiration date, profile, log in required by member, various other things that need a data base in a back office.
* Applicant must be able to prove qualifications by examples of previous projects solely done previously by the freelancer that had a similar back office than this project
* This is a start up. There is no date set for hire. You will
be notified when we are ready to hire you. You can opt out if you are not available to do this project if there is too much delay. We hope you will apply for us to pick you as the leading candidate.
* This project will start out with only 4 pages but will expand. You will be given the on going development of this project. HOWEVER an estimate of the basic start web site with a back office ready is necessary for members to join. We need will discuss the details back and forth with you to agree upon the start up needs to launch. Then we will also negotiate the on going development plans
* User Dashboard: A user-friendly dashboard for members to manage their profiles and view updates.
* Admin Control Panel: A control panel for admins to manage member data, monitor activity, and generate reports.
* Payment Integration: Integration with payment gateways for membership fees and other transactions.
* Notification System: Automated email or SMS notifications for membership expiration, upcoming events, and other alerts.
* Data Export: Ability to export member data and other necessary information in CSV or Excel format.
* Activity Log: A log to track user activity and changes made within the back office for auditing purposes.
* Document Repository: A section where members can upload and access important documents securely.
* Reporting Tools: Tools to generate custom reports on various metrics related to membership and activities.
* Member Directory: A searchable directory for admins and members to find and connect with each other.
* Event Management: Features to create, manage, and promote events for members
