BILLING SOFTWARE

I am looking for an experienced software developer to help me develop stand-alone cloud-based billing software with invoicing features. The software should be able to generate detailed invoices with appropriate taxes and apply discounts where necessary. It should also have automated payment processing, as well as a dashboard for tracking all invoices. I am not looking for any specific integrations with existing software or systems.
