Automation Robotics or Chrome Extension - Download Images and Comments of Shopify Orders
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking to automate a manual task, which i am doing on a daily basis. Basically, it should automatically download customer images and comments and name the files according to order number.
The automation could be done in a cloud or with a desktop robotics software. However, I do not have anything yet, free software will be preferred (maybe MS Power Automate?).
Detailed Workflow:
a) Each day at 7pm (alternative: manual start), login to Shopify and go to orders page
b) open new order (which was not processed in the automation before)
c) make a new folder on desktop with order number (e.g. "#1234")
d) from shopify order details, download the customer image of the order (usually 1 image, sometimes 2 or 3)
e) name the image with order number and add an fixed lettering "_45x30" (e.g. "#1234_45x30). If more than 1 image, name MM1234_1_45x30, MM1234_2_45x30, ...) ; ALTERNATIVE: if more than 1, make note for me to manually download the images
f) Create a word-file in the image folder
g) copy the customer comment of the shopify order into this word-file
h) Create a new folder with todays date (e.g. 27.11.21) and move all image folders into that.
i) Move folder into dropbox or onedrive (they are also in my desktop explorer) [or create the folder within dropbox or onedrive in the first place; both are installed on my pc and in my explorer]
In your offer, please indicate which rpa software or similar you would use and which costs are associated with it. Maybe it's even possible with "just" a chrome extension?

b) How sure are you that the process can be automated and you are able to do it?
c) When could you start and how long would it take?
