n8n Automation Expert for GTM & RevOps Projects (AI Agents Integration)

We are a fast-moving growth & RevOps agency working with tech-driven clients across Europe and LATAM. We're looking for a freelance n8n expert to join us on a project basis and help us build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows — including the integration of AI agents into client operations.

What You'll Do:
Design, implement and manage n8n workflows for internal and client-facing automations
Integrate with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Webhooks, REST APIs, and custom CRMs
Build and deploy AI-powered agents (using OpenAI, LangChain, or similar) into workflows when relevant
Collaborate with GTM and RevOps consultants to turn strategic workflows into operational reality
Maintain documentation and ensure scalability and reliability across workflows
Contribute to ideation and prototyping of new internal products or client use cases
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience building complex automations with n8n
Strong knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, and data structures (JSON)
Comfortable integrating LLMs and AI agents into workflows
Familiar with GTM, RevOps, CRM tools, and the B2B SaaS landscape
Proactive communicator, reliable, and collaborative by nature
Comfortable working async and independently when needed
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Experience with Clay, Make, Zapier, or other automation tools
Understanding of prompt engineering and LangChain
Ability to advise on workflow optimization or technical architecture
Familiarity with Javascript for custom n8n functions
Work Setup:
Remote (Worldwide)

Flexible timezone (EU or Americas preferred)
Paid per project or per hour depending on complexity
