Automating import products from spreadsheet to shopify with program and other apps

I want someone to create some sort of script or app to automate the whole process i have detailed below.

There is several steps that go into this task.

First of all there is 12,000 products hence I want this whole process automated with some sort of program.

1)In the attached spreadsheet, there is names of products and other details. Some of these products are on amazon and some aren't, keep in mind that the names of products aren't the exact same on amazon. For the products that you find on amazon, I need you to import them to my shopify store using an extension. In the video I have imported a duplicate product but if you see a duplicate, then go to the shopify products and look up the product name, if it is there then repeat the remaining steps. If the product is not on amazon, highlight it in yellow on the spreadsheet.
2)Once imported you need to add a product variant with the name of the store where it was imported from and use another shopify app that i have called outlink to add an external link to an existing product. The first variant you need to add needs to be called amazon, the one after needs to have the name of the store where the deeplink is sending you to, and it needs to have (UK ONLY) after the name of the store.
3)Finally, go to the product page and add tags based on the products name and description. The required tags are attached in the spreadsheet. They are split into different sheets depending on what category it is. Each product can have multiple tags depending on criteria detailed.
