Automated KPI Reporting

I am in the middle of building out a process that will allow my organization to report on workgroup KPIs and I'm attempting to do it in Monday.com. I would like to seek some help in setting up the most efficient way to do this while incorporating as much automation as possible. Most of the workgroups in our company (mine included) are very new to using Monday.com and aren't really sure what it's capable of.
