Automated Business System

Hello, my name is Sayat Sirinoglu from Mexico. I am working in a Jewelry Retail & Wholesale business Company. We have a departments like Sales Room ( Sales persons and store manager ) , Inventory ( which is responsible for retail and wholesale inventory processes like making purchases, capture all inventory movements from sales to transfers and cancels ), Administration ( Human Resources, Finance departments ) Operations ( Logistics like Reservation & Reception of Clients and management of whole fleet of Vans ), Marketing ( working with tour agencies, hotels and their guides who sends us clients and then with all that data we are processing ). Finance ( responsible for processing all information of sales, marketing, accounts and inventory as well, calculate commissions of sales persons and marketing ) . I would like to create an automated system for all departments which I can connect each other so when I need information I can process from one place when all information is captured to the system instead of how I am doing right now manually with separate archives but there is no connection or information sharing. I can give more explanation if you guys have a phone number that I can call for explain the way we want and process the information from different areas. We were using before like terminal application like TN3270 customized with servers.
