Auto create new account login and visit website page

This project need following:
Auto create new account login and visit website page.
Similar example tool: PVA CREATOR (you can take ideas from them or layout of dashboard).
1. Software with user friendly Dashboard to create new users for designated website.
2. I will provide email and password list that can be used to create new account(s), or software can randomly generate login information and save them let say in to login-file, so that can be used for next time, also they need to have option for > Stay Signed In (please see attached image).
3. If is possible I would like for each user to have proxy ip so they will all act like real humans on that website.
4. API Captcha resolve thru 2captcha, anti-captcha.
5. All new users needs to have option if I select 50-100 of them to visit website page at same time.
