Artificial intelligence Scoring for Speaking and Writing Portal

We need someone to build a portal for our student where there is automated scoring for
1. Speaking
2. Writing
3. Reading ( It is just Right or wrong so no Artificial scoring needed)
4. Listening ( Some writing task involved)

We will provide you with sample websites where you can study and gain some more info.
