Artificial Inteligence platform

We need to develop a platform were we insert multiple x-ray images models and we need when someone upload an x-ray image to get a treatment plan based on his x-ray picture compared with our models from database using AI macjine learning. Also we need this to be made also from pc and from mobile app. This platform must be SAAS platform and we need to set different types of packages which can include different numbers of interogations ( uploading personal x-ray) and we need to have posibility to set a free account were the user will have google ads or our own ads.We need this app have a verry good acuracy to find the most apropiate model from our database. When one or multiple models are selected we need to open and find multiple informations including the xray picture.
