Aplicacion WEB, configuracion servidor web local esp32 . Web application, local ESP32 web server configuration

Estoy buscando para mi proyecto lo siguiente:
* Configuracion de microcontrolador ESP32 enservidor web local.
* Desarrollo de pequeña Aplicacion WEB con varias funciones y vicularla con el ESP32.
* Esta primera verison solo para funcionamiento "Local".

Adjunto PDF con requisitos en Español y en Ingles.
Necesito una primera valoracion presupuestaria para seguir avanzando en la negociacion.
Proyecto serio para colaboracion inminente.
