Android App & Web Admin Panel Bar Inventory control

This is about bar inventory control, specially liquor inventory by weight, I have most of the formulas, liquor density etc
Need an app and system for that purpose, please watch this video, is 18 mins long, I have that Bluetooth scale, that scale transmits the weight to device.
We need admin panel as well.

This app should resolve 2 problems:
1. Accuracy of how much alcohol is left in each licor bottle. See files for formulas.
2. Do inventory fast.
Inventory is done fast by arranging bottles physically in the same order as the app, you just take bottle, put it on scale, scale send weight data to app vía Bluetooth, received then automatically ask for next bottle in the list.
Stripe for payments for service. Customer didn't pay app will stop working.
