Anchoreth Token on BSC

Hello, we are looking for someone that can develop a BSC smart contract.
Its important that will developed really good before we will be public on exchanges.
They must have the basic functions and more features like:
Vested wallet for who buy from network and through exchanges. (example: buy swapping other token to Anchoreth, the amount will be vested and it will be unlocked after 3 months)
This will prevent speculation, so that its the main requirement for this token.
Its must save also metadata, like json if there is one, in each transaction.
Its must be able to encrypt AES256 and decrypt with a master key and personal secret key.
We need PDF for all the instruction and how it will work. We have to documentate all.
