Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need someone to set up and configure Amazon Connect for my healthcare business. The system will primarily handle inbound and outbound calls. Also including E-Mail and text.
Essential Features:
- Automated call routing
- Customer authentication
- Real-time metrics and reporting
- AI Amazon Lex integration
- Workflow building with cases
Ideal Skills:
- Required: More than 5 AWS connect deployments
- Familiarity with AI integrations, particularly Amazon Lex
- Strong background in call center setup and metrics reporting
