Algorithm Decoding for Medical Dats interpretation.

I'm seeking a proficient computer coder/program developer having experience in reverse engineering codes from answer result from interpretation of data points derived from medical devices. Should have a keen understanding of algorithms and experience in application of algorithms used medical technology.

The main task involves deciphering and improving an existing data interpretation algorithm with the goal of developing and submitting a stand alone computer applications on system or cloud that has the capacity to be integrated to a website for remote access.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

- Understand and manipulate written code's complexity and determine which method or language of coding is used based just on the values and answers.
- have understanding of ELISA/PCR tests and data interpretation of multiple biomarker Elisa/PCR tests will be added advantage.
- Have familiarity with decoding algorithms
- Exhibit expertise in medical data interpretation.
- Understand the balance between efficiency and accuracy in stand alone computer applications or cloud based application.
